Well, on the front side it is still a good old Panerai, whether you like it or not.
Ahead of the upcoming SIHH 2011 industry event, the Italian-based brand has announced its new Panerai Luminor Composite PAM 386 automatic watch offered in a scratch-resistant ceramic case. Measuring just 44 millimeters in width, the new watch seems to be more, um, wearable than the last year’s ceramic model, while still retaining its heavy masculine presence and offering clean, easily recognizable design of its dial.
Dubail Paris, the well-known network of luxury boutiques and Officine Panerai, the famous Italian-based watchmaking brand, have teamed to introduce the Panerai Luminor 1950 Rattrapante Dubail Paris limited edition fly-back chronograph watch. Equipped with an ETA Valjoux 7750-based caliber and sporting an oversized body in DLC-coated steel, the watch brings you everything you expect from a Panerai. The design is recognizable to the point that, looking at it, you constantly suffer from the severest case of déjà vu.
