After years of numerous trials and errors, Raymond Weil has finally delivered. Their 2013 Maestro Automatic (Ref. 2867- STC-00659) is offered in an elegant, well-proportioned stainless steel case that makes even the top-tier watchmaking houses want to eat their hearts out.
Oris WilliamsF1 Team (01 773 7685 4184-Set RS)
The limited-edition Oris WilliamsF1 Team (Ref. 01 773 7685 4184-Set RS) may not only be an ultimate present for just about any F1 fan around the world. Yet, it is a nice choice if you simply look for a sporty chronograph with a modern design that doesn’t look like yet another Omega Speedmaster or a Rolex Daytona “homage”.
Citizen Signature Grand Touring Automatic
With its borrowed shape and an outrageously high price tag, the 2013 Citizen Signature Grand Touring Automatic leaves, um, a strange taste in your mouth. Although the Japanese brand’s desire to make some easy money on an iconic design of a watch that many lust for, but only a few can actually afford is somewhat understandable, it is a shame to see this sort of trick played by such a respectable manufacturer.
Tag Heuer Monaco Twenty Four Calibre 36 Chronograph
First presented back in 2009 as Monaco Twenty Four Concept, this beautiful artifact has resurfaced as Tag Heuer Monaco Twenty Four Steve McQueen Calibre 36 Chronograph (ref. CAL51111.FC6299). The time-measuring device looks almost identical to the conceptual model, but comes in a different color scheme and has the PVD-coated body swapped for a more practical (if that adjective at all can be applied to any luxury timekeeper) stainless steel case that features a nice combination of polished and finely brushed surfaces.
Oris Aquis Small Seconds DLC Automatic Diver
Okay, here we have yet another cool diver. The 2013 Oris Aquis Small Seconds DLC sports that masculine, easily recognizable design with the signature donut-shaped body, massive hour and minute hands, as well as the luminous hour markers that look kinda like flattened hollow point bullets.
DeWitt Classic Jumping Hour in Rose Gold
Available both with a creamy white (ref. CLA.HSA.002) and an anthracite black (ref. CLA.HSA.005) dial, the new DeWitt Classic Jumping Hour brings you that familiar exterior with a couple of off-centered dials for minutes and seconds and a small jumping hour aperture. However, while most timekeepers of this kind feature a vertical sub-dials alignment, DeWitt opted for a horizontal one and then decorated the final product with their signature art-deco styling.
