The 2012 Dubey & Schaldenbrand Grand Dome DT Vintage 1946 chronograph is basically a refinished version of the 2011 D&S Grand Dome DT (ref. GDOM-ST-BKS-LS) model. However, the refreshed version features an even more appealing vintage-styled dial with almost the same set of vertically aligned sub-dials. While the original with its glossy and carbon-fiber-style surfaces was more high-tech, the new version has a certain Patek Philippe aura about it.

The Swiss watchmaker Louis Erard has updated its Excellence collection of luxury timekeepers with a full calendar Louis Erard Excellence Moon Phase 24 Hour Ref. 80 231 AA 01. Cuervo y Sobrinos Pirata Complete Calendar Limited Edition
Cuervo y Sobrinos, a relatively obscure brand that was established in Cuba and is now owned by a Swiss-based company, has presented a new version of their deliciously retro-styled Pirata model. Now called Pirata Complete Calendar Limited Edition (ref. 3051.5NF), it packs the usual functionality of an ETA 7751 caliber into a not-so-common combination of steel, titanium, and bronze.
Limes Pharo Full Calendar Chronograph with Moonphase
The relatively small German watchmaking brand Limes finally starts selling its new Limes Pharo Full Calendar Chronograph with Moonphase. Powered by the wide-spread ETA Valjoux 7751 full-calendar chronograph movement, which is both reliable and accurate and is still a mechanism of choice in the $2000-$5000 niche, this dressy, yet sort of generic wristwatch could have been a nice Christmas gift for just about any man, if it wasn’t so overpriced.
